Who We Are. How We Keep Every Job Site Safe.
Pristine Laser Restoration is a mobile laser cleaning service based in Neosho, Missouri. We serve four states on-site and accept shipped parts from anywhere in the country. This page covers who we are, how we keep every job site safe, and why those details matter to you.
OUR EQUIPMENT AND CAPABILITY
The Technology Behind the Work
We select the appropriate laser for each job and pair it with integrated fume extraction. The laser removes rust, paint, coatings, grease, oxide scale, carbon buildup, and other surface contamination by vaporizing the unwanted material without affecting the substrate underneath. The fume extraction system captures the vaporized particulate at the source during every cleaning operation.
The system is self-contained and mobile. We bring everything required to your location: the laser unit, fume extraction, laser safety barriers, signage, wavelength-specific safety eyewear, and all supporting equipment. There is nothing your facility needs to supply beyond power access and the work area itself.
We do not publish the specific manufacturer or model of our equipment, and we do not include power output specifications in our marketing. The reason is straightforward: equipment specifications without context are misleading, and brand names do not determine cleaning results. What matters is whether the operator understands the interaction between laser parameters, substrate material, and contamination type, and whether the equipment is maintained and operated correctly. We would rather show you results on your actual material than quote specifications.
HOW WE KEEP EVERY JOB SITE SAFE
Safety Is Not a Checkbox. It Is How We Operate.
Laser cleaning involves a Class 4 laser, which is the highest hazard classification. We treat every job site with the protocols that classification demands. Our Laser Safety Officer certification, integrated safety equipment, and commercial insurance exist because this work requires them, not because they look good on a website.
Optical Hazard Containment
Every job site is assessed for optical hazard zones before the laser is powered on. We establish controlled areas using laser safety barriers, signage, and access restrictions that meet ANSI Z136.1 requirements. No one enters the controlled zone without proper training and protective equipment.
Laser Safety Eyewear
All personnel in the controlled area wear wavelength-specific laser safety eyewear rated for the output of our system. We carry extra sets for facility personnel who need to observe or inspect the work. Eyewear is inspected before every job and replaced at the first sign of damage or coating degradation.
Fume Extraction
Our integrated fume extraction system captures vaporized particulate at the source during cleaning. This is not optional equipment we add for certain jobs. It runs every time the laser operates. The extraction system prevents airborne contamination from entering the workspace and eliminates the need for facility-wide ventilation modifications.
LSO Certification
Our Laser Safety Officer certification means we have formal training in laser hazard evaluation, control measures, and regulatory compliance. We do not rely on equipment manufacturer guidelines alone. We evaluate each job site independently and implement the controls that the specific environment requires.
Commercial Liability Insurance
We carry commercial general liability insurance that covers laser cleaning operations. If your facility requires certificates of insurance, additional insured endorsements, or specific coverage thresholds, we handle that paperwork before we show up. Your risk management team gets what they need without delays.
OUR CUSTOMERS
We Work With Everyone From Plant Managers to Cast Iron Collectors
Our customers include manufacturing plant managers, maintenance supervisors, facility engineers, general contractors, restoration shops, automotive restorers, machine shops, welding operations, property managers, municipal public works departments, monument and memorial organizations, homeowners, cast iron collectors, firearms owners, and individual hobbyists with one-off projects. We work with industrial procurement teams that require certificates of insurance and W-9s, and we work with individuals who find us online and ship a single part.
The work scales. The same precision that cleans a production die in a manufacturing plant cleans a vintage cast iron skillet shipped from across the country. We apply the same standards to every job regardless of size.
WHERE WE WORK
Mobile Service Across Four States. Ship-To From Anywhere.
We provide mobile on-site laser cleaning service across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. We bring the full system to your location, including the laser, fume extraction, safety barriers, signage, and eyewear. Your facility supplies power access and the work area. Everything else travels with us.
For parts that can be shipped, our ship-to program serves customers anywhere in the United States. You pack and ship your items to our shop, we clean them, document the results with photos, and ship them back. This is how we serve customers in states we do not travel to for on-site work.
For facility work, industrial sites, and larger projects, we coordinate scheduling with your maintenance team. We work within your planned shutdown windows, turnaround schedules, and access requirements. We carry the insurance documentation your facility management or risk department requires.
HOW WE WORK
What You Can Expect From Us
Honest Assessment Up Front
We evaluate every job before quoting it. If laser cleaning is not the right method for your project, we will tell you. We would rather turn down a job than show up and underdeliver. When we quote a job, we have already determined that the laser will produce the result you need.
Photos and Documentation
We document our work with before and after photos on every job. You see exactly what the surface looked like before cleaning and what it looks like after. For NDT surface prep and inspection-critical work, we provide the documentation your quality team needs.
Direct Communication
You talk to the people who do the work. No sales team, no account managers, no layers between you and the person operating the laser. Questions get answered by someone who has actually cleaned the type of surface you are asking about.
Woman-Owned, Veteran Family-Owned
This is a family-operated business. We built it on the principle that good work speaks for itself. Our reputation depends on every single job we complete, and we operate accordingly. If your procurement process recognizes woman-owned or veteran family-owned businesses, we qualify.
Let Us Show You What We Can Do
Send us photos of what needs cleaning. Tell us the material, the contamination, and what the surface needs to be ready for. We will tell you what the laser can do, what it will cost, and when we can schedule the work.
Laser cleaning safety requires more than wearing safety glasses and turning on the machine. A Class 4 laser produces a beam that can cause immediate and permanent eye injury from direct or reflected exposure. Our Laser Safety Officer certification covers hazard evaluation, nominal hazard zone calculation, control measure implementation, and regulatory compliance under ANSI Z136.1. On every job site, we establish controlled areas with physical barriers, post appropriate warning signage, restrict access to trained personnel wearing wavelength-specific protective eyewear, and operate integrated fume extraction to capture vaporized contaminants at the source. These are not optional add-ons. They are baseline requirements for operating a Class 4 laser system in any environment, and we implement them whether the job is in a manufacturing plant, a commercial facility, an outdoor site, or our own shop.
